Estate administration is a big job, no matter who does it. We are here to help serve your needs, offering several different options to help relieve some or all of the burden, depending on your budget.
Initial consultations are $250.00.
Administration services are provided on an hourly basis, with totals varying depending on the complexity of the estate administration. Our hourly rate is $250.00 per hour, plus court costs.
There is a three-tiered approach to pricing which offers different options, depending on your needs and the size of the estate involved:
Tier One: you come in for the initial consultation and get some guidance on how to proceed. Depending on your preferences, we may prepare the initial forms for you.
Tier Two: we do all of the above plus handle all other court filings. You do some or all of the non-court work to save on costs.
Tier Three: a comprehensive administration service, where we do everything for you.
Small Estates (under $20,000 in assets)
Flat fee of $2,000, plus court costs.
